Making Your Appointment
Please read the eligibility guidelines above before making an appointment; your appointment will be cancelled if you are not eligible for services through this program. If you are unsure about whether you or your family member qualify for USP legal services, you may email usplegal@ebclc.org.
You can also make any rescheduling requests through the same portal at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Even if you are scheduling an appointment for family member, the UC Berkeley student must be the one to schedule the appointment. The booking form will indicate where to list your and your family member’s information.
- Please make sure to list any deadlines (work permit expiration date, status expiration date, hearing dates (criminal or immigration-related, etc.) and include your or your family member’s income where indicated on the booking form. We may have to cancel the consultation if you do not include this information.
- If there are no available appointments or if you are unable to make an appointment during the allotted times, please feel free to email usplegal@ebclc.org. You can also email this address if you are following up on an existing case. Please allow at least 3 business days for staff to get back to you.
- Please bring any pertinent immigration paperwork to the appointment so that we can best serve you. After you schedule your appointment online you will receive a confirmation email with more guidance.
All consultations with any USP legal staff are strictly confidential and privileged and all services are conducted or supervised by licensed attorneys.
