Applications open in the early Fall semester

The GiGS (Getting into Graduate School) course is open to all students and is dedicated to assisting first-generation, low-income, transfer, and other students historically underrepresented in higher education. GiGS mentees work with graduate student mentors throughout the spring semester to learn about graduate school, the research landscape, their individual interests, and apply to summer research opportunities.
